At E & V Bakery we always use the finest and freshest ingredients available and use the same methods, technique and tools found in the best and finest bakery and pastries shops of the United States of America. E & V Bakery has received several awards for quality, and countless mentions on radio and television broadcasts. 

Unlike most of the franchise type bakeries who receive par-bake breads all of our breads and pastries are prepared from scratch on premise. We do not use artificial ingredients or flavoring in our products.  

At E & V Bakery we have a profound disdain for artificial ingredients, flavorings and adititives.
